Subject: [MT35101] 5. INSTALL YOUR DOWNLOADED SOFTWARE (ADOBE SVG VIEWER)

By now your download (ADOBE SVG VIEWER) should be complete. QUIT all
applications that are currently running, including your email program
and Web browser, and install the Adobe SVG Viewer.

NOTE: After you download the SVG installer you must run it (by 
double-clicking on the file that you downloaded, which will start the 
installation process). Unlike Flash, which auto-installs from a Web 
page, SVG actually requires a 2-step process:

1) Download the installer (remember where you saved it on your
computer), then quit your browser after it has been downloaded.

2) Run the installer after it has been downloaded (double-click it)

After downloading, simply quit your Web browser and then find the
installer and double-click on it. You'll probably be asked by the
installer *which* browser to install the SVG plug-in on, so be sure to
select the browser that you use (or all of the options, if you prefer).

Once installation is complete you may have to RESTART your computer in
order to complete the install process. When you have finished installing 
the product, run your Web browser and visit the Adobe SVG Zone (URL is on 
our home page) and try to view anyof the SVG demos. Can you see them? 
If not, sent a help message to the email group for this class.
