It is one of many companies that collaborated with the W3C to design SVG, and was one of the first companies to introduced SVG-enabled products (such as the plug-in you just installed, Illustrator, and Go-Live). Adobe's SVG Zone is an excellent place to start SVG content exploration. The "SVG Overview" you'll read in the next timed exercise includes a number of SVG examples, which you can right-click on to see the plug-in's SVG menu. Begin this exercise, and right-click on the first SVG demo you see in order to force that menu to appear. Experiment with: - Zoom in/out - View source (note that SVG source code is based on XML) ---------------------------- [30 minute Exercise] Visit Adobe's SVG Zone read all sections of the "SVG Overview" area (What is SVG?, Why use SVG?, Data-driven graphics, Interactive graphics, Personalized graphics, Adobe and SVG).
